Dr Saha is a consultant interventional cardiologist and was clinical lead for cardiology at Gloucestershire Hospitals between 2014 and 2016. He now offers private consultations at Spa Private Medical at various times.

Adrian Lyster has been a member of The British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) since 1987 and was the Acupuncture Pain Specialist for Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Pain Clinic until 2016. He specialises in acupuncture for musculoskeletal pain, headaches, migraines and other pain conditions such as IBS and fibromyalgia.   

Dr Vicky Hardwick qualified as a GP and currently works as an NHS Speciality Doctor in Neurological Rehabilitation. As an acupuncturist she has experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, neurological conditions, headaches, migraines, menopausal hot flushes and women’s health. She is an accredited member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. 

Dr Osunsanmi has been a consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry for 10 years and is a county lead in neurodevelopment disorders including autism and ADHD. He also has much experience in the preparation of reports for mental health tribunals, school placement panels, immigration and civil/family/criminal courts.

Dr deBurgh-Thomas is an Infectious Diseases Consultant. He qualified in biochemistry & then medicine and specialised in HIV medicine and Genito-Urinary dermatology. He works for the local NHS Trust, but is happy to see and advise any patients with genitourinary problems. 

If you want to see an experienced eye surgeon, Mr Richard Caesar specialises in cataract surgery, oculoplastic surgery, lacrimal surgery, cosmetic eye surgery and minor operations.

Jon Wand has gained a reputation as one of the area's leading shoulder and upper limb surgeons. He now has clinics at Spa Private Medical on thursday mornings dedicated to surgical conditions of the shoulder and upper limb and medicolegal assessments. 

Gary is a child & adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist, working with infants, children, young people, young adults and families. He has held senior roles in child mental health services including leading a psychological therapies department.  He can treat mild to severe mental health difficulties/challenges and works with a flexible patient focused approach with gentle curiosity. He can provide direct interventions, training, supervision and consultation. He also works for NHS England where he works in a quality, commissioning and safeguarding role which provides assurance and service improvement for specialist mental health services for infants, children and adults.

Mr Stephen McCabe is an Consultant In Emergency Medicine, Medico-Legal Personal Injury and Negligence Litigation Specialist with 30 years experience as an A&E Consultant.  Mr McCabe runs a monthly Medico-Legal clinic at Spa Private Medical. The personal injury consultation is an opportunity for Mr McCabe to share his knowledge and expertise in recovery from injury with Claimants. 

Dr Russell Young (Cotswold Diagnostic Clinic) has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic, spinal, rheumatological & sports conditions, as well as expertise in MRI scan screening and follow up for mild chronic traumatic brain injury in contact sports.  He can advise on which other doctors or health professionals may be able to help you, whether this is on the NHS or privately.

Dr Young is at Spa Private Medical on Thursday morning and apart from Ultrasound imaging, he can carry out guided injections for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

Miss Safiullina has 15 years experience as a Consultant Ophthalmologist and currently works both in the NHS at Cheltenham General Hospital, and Privately. She has performed over 5000 Cataract Surgeries and over 3200 Pars Plana Vitrectomies.
She trains qualified Vitreoretinal Surgical Fellows to become a Vitreoretinal Consultants.

Miss Safiullina has clinics at Spa Private Medical on several weekday evenings.

Dr. Johnson qualified as a doctor in 1994 and has been a consultant rheumatologist in Gloucestershire NHS since 2005. 

She deals with the whole range of rheumatological diseases, from rheumatoid and other forms of arthritis (reactive, psoriatic), Connective tissue diseases such as Lupus and Sjogren's Syndrome, vasculitis, gout, polymyalgia and fibromyalgia. She manages joint and soft tissue pain. 

Dr Darlaston trained in London and has been a GP practising in the South West with a special interest in menopause for 25 years. 

She is on the British Menopause Society Specialist register and developed her clinic in 2017 in response to increasing enquiries for menopausal help outside the NHS.  ​

She has been involved in trying to establish menopause services locally with health care commissioners, and arranges workshops for medical colleagues, patient groups and work place training, in order to promote menopause awareness and best.
